up2excel.com is operated by Up2Excel LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States (“UP2X”, “we”). By using this site you accept these terms.
2. What this site is
The site describes our consulting services and lets you apply for an engagement. Content on this site — including articles, frameworks, and case summaries — is general information, not advice for your specific situation. Acting on it is your decision and your responsibility.
3. Applications and engagements
Submitting an application creates no obligation on either side. Consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties; if these terms and that agreement conflict, the agreement wins.
4. Intellectual property
The content, branding, and frameworks on this site belong to Up2Excel LLC. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions or use our materials to train commercial products without written permission.
5. No warranties; limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available but make no guarantee of either. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Up2Excel LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Results described in case studies are specific to those clients and are not a promise of your outcome.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Up2Excel LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
