Who we are
Up2Excel LLC (“UP2X”, “we”) is a limited liability company registered in the United States. We operate up2excel.com. Contact: hello@up2excel.com.
What we collect
When you apply for a diagnostic or subscribe to a report, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, phone number, company name, and the answers you give about your business. We also keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and debugging.
How we use it
We use your information to review your application, respond to you, run the engagement if we work together, and send you the reports you asked for. That is the full list. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
Who can see it
Form submissions are delivered to our own systems and to the service providers that run them (hosting and email infrastructure). Those providers process data on our instructions only. We disclose information beyond that only if the law requires it.
Retention and your rights
We keep application data for as long as we need it to evaluate or serve the engagement, then delete it. You can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Email hello@up2excel.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising trackers. Any cookies set are limited to what is required to operate the site.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the effective date above. Material changes affecting active clients are notified by email.
